Ideal temperature for efficient energy consumption

There are many opinions on this matter. At Pujol Clima, we believe the best temperature for summer is 25º to 27º, and for winter, 20º to 22º.

But the truth is that the temperature to consider isn't so much the indoor temperature itself, but rather the difference between the outside and inside temperatures. That is, if it's 35°C outside and the temperature inside is 20°C, the temperature will feel very cold and uncomfortable. The ideal temperature in this case would be 25°C to avoid a significant temperature difference.

The same thing happens in winter: if it's -2°C outside, a temperature of 30°C inside a business or home would be very hot, making us feel uncomfortable again. The ideal temperature in this case would be 20°C so there isn't a large temperature difference. That's why it's important to be careful when raising or lowering the temperature of your air conditioning unit.
